About Green Pastures

We are a family owned and operated horse farm, specializing in hunter seat equitation. The Sinkler family has been providing the highest standard of care for show horses and racing thoroughbreds for over thirty years. Horse boarding clients at GPF enjoy a variety of amenities at our newly renovated stables set on 17 beautiful acres in Charlestown, RI, including access to our 100′ by 200′ lighted riding arena.

Our Trainer

Devon Bessette combines good basic horsemanship with national level horse show caliber training. Devon is a highly decorated competitor with an extensive show record. She now competes successfully in the professional hunter and jumper divisions and has coached many students to wins at A rated horse shows along the east coast.

Our Facility

Located on 17 acres in Charlestown, RI, our farm, family owned since 1979, features spacious turnout fields, newly renovated barns and a 100′ x 200′ riding arena with a mix of sand and clay footing.
